The West Region is Singapore’s biggest in terms of land area and the second most populated region. It is also mainly made up of residential towns and established industry estates, including heavy industries.

Despite some finding the West located further away, the region has a fair share of restaurants, shops and lush greenery. The Jurong Lake District is undergoing plans to be developed into the country’s next CBD complete with lakeside homes and leisure amenities. Hence, the area is expected to see a rise in employment opportunities and population thanks to the development.

Bukit Batok, Jurong and Clementi are among the region’s well-known neighbourhoods. Lower cost rents, great amenities and home-style properties can be found within these neighbourhoods. Jurong for example, has older but larger houses. Meanwhile, the Upper Bukit Timah has condos and semi-detached houses where residents are treated to the stunning forest views of the nearby Bukit Nature Reserve.

In terms of education, area such as Clementi has a few schools including the International Community School, Dover Court International School and Integrated International School.

Commuting to the Central Region can be long but the public transport links are excellent as there is the East-West MRT line. The region is also connected by the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Pan Island (PIE).

I have listed below, by districts, the private condominiums. I have also separated out the new launches and the older ones. The list below is not exhaustive. Although we have done a lot of work to ensure that it is correct, we are not liable for any errors contained therein.
